If you cannot come to a gig, you need to arrange a replacement. You can do this in the following cases: 

  • After the cancellation period expires.
  • As long as the gig is at 'ready to perform'. This is until the gig starts. 
  • If the client does not have an updated model agreement that states that no replacement may be arranged.

Have you already accepted a gig as a replacement? Or has the gig already started and is it on 'in progress'? Then unfortunately you can no longer arrange a replacement.
