Cancellation by the client: The cancellation policy for temp gigs is different from freelance gigs. For temp workers, a cancellation notice period of 96 hours (4 days) before the start of the shift applies. If the shift is cancelled within this window, you are entitled to payment through YoungCapital.
Cancellation/Signing off by you: A temp worker can decline a call-up without consequences if it occurs within 96 hours. However, our platform's no-show policy still applies to everyone if you sign off late or without a valid reason for a confirmed booking.
Sickness: In case of illness, you must report sick to YoungCapital via 0610449652 and inform the client as well.
No replacement: A freelancer arranges their own replacement when they are unavailable. As a temp worker, you do not have to (and are not allowed to) arrange a replacement; you simply need to sign off with both the client and YoungCapital.
