Fixed payment days: YoungCapital pays out twice a week, specifically on Wednesdays and Fridays.
No fixed time: There is no fixed time of day when the money will hit your account. This depends entirely on the processing time of the banks.
Working during the weekend (weekend shifts): Did you work a weekend shift? Please keep in mind that you might not get paid for these hours the following week, but the week after. Clients often don't approve weekend hours right away. YoungCapital receives the approved hours from us (YoungOnes) on Monday, which can push the administrative processing back by a week.
Viewing your payslip: Your payslip will be available online at the end of the payment day. As soon as the payments have been fully processed, the breakdown will be ready for you in the YoungCapital portal. Here, you can see exactly how your salary is built up.
From gross to net: Income tax and social security contributions are always deducted from your gross salary. The amount that is ultimately deposited into your bank account is your net salary.
Adjusting your tax credit (loonheffingskorting): Choosing whether to turn your tax credit on or off has a major impact on your net take-home pay. If it is turned on, you receive a tax discount and keep more net income (note: you can only apply this to one employer at a time). If it is turned off, more tax will be deducted. You can adjust this setting yourself at any time in your YoungCapital portal.
