If you are unable to work a specific gig due to illness, notify the client by phone as soon as possible. You should also contact YoungCapital by phone to report sick leave. In addition, cancel the gig through the YoungOnes app.
For temp gigs, a cancellation period of 96 hours (4 days) applies. Within this period, you can cancel without consequences.
Are you unable to work at short notice due to illness? Notify the client immediately. You must also report sick leave to YoungCapital by phone via 0610449652. If you do not show up without reporting sick or cancelling, YoungCapital’s no-show policy will apply.
