Temp gigs are gigs you can find in the YoungOnes app. You work as a temp worker for YoungCapital. YoungCapital is an employment agency that works with YoungOnes and uses our platform.
With temp gigs, you work on an employment contract. YoungCapital is your employer and takes care of your payroll tax and social security contributions. You build up employee rights, like paid vacation days and holiday pay.
You choose which temp gigs you accept. Just like with freelance gigs.
