Within a few working days after your report, an Onsi claims handler will contact you. If all information is complete, it usually takes around 10 working days to assess your claim. In complex cases, this may take longer. You will always receive an email with the outcome, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder). If your claim is approved, Onsi normally pays out within a few working days.
