Of course, you can take on gigs from your own network in addition to those from YoungOnes. Just keep in mind that you're not insured through YoungOnes for these gigs, so you'll need to get your own insurance.
If you've worked with the same client a few times through YoungOnes and they want you to do another gig, make sure to have them post the gig on our platform. Otherwise, you won't be insured through Onsi for that gig, and you'll miss out on other benefits like different payment options and having us create and send your invoices to the client.
