Log in to the Onsi app or via onsi.com.
Go to your insurance overview.
Click on ‘submit a claim’.
Fill in all requested information and upload evidence (e.g., photos, description, details of those involved).
Follow the steps until you receive a confirmation.
The insurer will then assess whether your situation falls within the policy terms.
