If you’ve experienced an unpleasant or unsafe situation, you can report a client. You can do this as soon as you are selected for the gig.

Your report goes straight to our Support team. We will then contact the client and – if necessary – you as well. This is how we keep the platform safe and professional.

Examples of things to report:

  • Poor accessibility

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Inaccurate gig descriptions

  • Inappropriate behaviour

We take this seriously. Everyone should feel safe while working.
