To be able to respond to jobs via our platform, you must be entitled to work in the Netherlands. This means that you have the Dutch nationality or the nationality of a country in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you do not have these nationalities, you need a valid residence permit that entitles you to work in the Netherlands.

A residence permit stating "Work freely permitted" and for which no "Work permit (twv)" is required is considered valid.

If you are still waiting to receive your residence permit, a sticker from the IND (with the above titles) is also regarded as valid proof of identity. It is important to upload this sticker together with your passport.

To determine whether you are allowed to work in the Netherlands, we ask you to go through the ID check.

ID proof during a job

Keep in mind that clients may also ask you for identification, so make sure you have your passport or ID with you when you go to a job. Please note: According to the Labor Inspection, a driver's license is not sufficient as proof of identification.
