Working through YoungOnes is completely obligation-free, and you can delete your account at any time. You can delete your account through the app, press your profile picture at the top right and go to 'Account', scroll down and click on 'Delete account'. When your account has been deleted, you will also receive a confirmation by email.
In addition, we are always very curious about the reason for canceling your account. We are still a young company, so we can use every input to keep improving our services!
Have you also registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel in Dutch), or are you in possession of a VAT ID (btw-ID) and want to stop freelancing altogether? Then don't forget to stop these registrations as well. If you don't do this, the tax authorities (Belastingdienst) will still expect you to file your tax returns, even if you don't earn anything. We therefore recommend that you contact either the Chamber of Commerce or the Tax Authorities to close this down. You can read exactly what steps you need to take here.
