Different tasks on location?

Sometimes a client asks you to do different tasks than described in the gig. For example: you expected to work in service, but they suddenly need you in the scullery.

What to do? Talk to your client first. You aren't obliged to accept the gig if the tasks differ. You are free to say no. But remember: being flexible often earns you a better rating. Keep that in mind ;).
