You can view your invoice via email as soon as your hours have been approved by the client. You can also find the invoice in the app, in your account under the ‘Invoices’ section. Here, you can also track the status of your payment.
In some cases, invoices end up in the spam folder, so check there first if you haven't received your invoice yet. In the 'spam mail,' you can indicate that you trust our email address, and subsequent invoices will no longer land in your spam folder.
Furthermore, it is important to save all your invoices carefully, as you are legally required to keep your administration for up to 7 years.
