You will receive your invoice via email as soon as your hours are approved. You can also find the invoice in the app, in your account under the heading invoices. Here you can also find the status of your payment. In some cases, the invoices end up in the spam box, so check this first if you have not yet received your invoice. In the 'spam mail' you can indicate that you trust our e-mail address and then the next invoices will no longer end up in the spam box. It is also important that you keep all your invoices, because you are legally obliged to keep your records for up to 7 years.

As a freelancer, you do not receive annual statements like employees do because you work with invoices. Instead of an annual statement from an employer, you keep track of your own income and expenses. This means that each year, you must report your income to the tax authorities through your own accounting records.
