If your gig is cancelled after the cancellation period has expired, you are entitled to 50% of the hours. Through the app, you can submit a claim and an invoice is sent to the client. You can choose to wait until the client pays the claim, or you can select for the option direct payment. In that case, you submit 2.9% of the invoice to us, but your claim is paid within three business days.
