Has it been a while since you received an ID check link and it has now expired? No worries, this is easy to fix! Just get in touch with us using the contact form on our site. Click here for the contact form. Select the appropriate category for your question and briefly state that you need a new link for the ID check. We will then send you a new link!
Please note that the link is valid for 7 days. You should upload a clearly legible photo of your passport or identity card. Not your driver's license, as the system does not accept this. In addition, make sure there are no scratches or tears in the document and that there are no flashes or stains blocking the document. Also make sure that you always upload a photo of the original document, so do not take a photo of a (printed) photo.
Once we receive the ID check in good order, your account will be verified and you can get started!
