When you apply to multiple gigs that take place on the same day, you don't have to worry about being accepted for both gigs. If you are chosen for one gig, the other gigs you applied for on the same day will automatically be canceled. Please note that this is only the case if you have not yet been chosen for a gig. So do not respond to overlapping gigs if you have already been selected for a gig at that time.
Example:
Isabel responds to 3 gigs, all taking place on Wednesday:
- Gig 1 is from 12 PM to 5 PM.
- Gig 2 is from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- Gig 3 is from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Isabel is accepted for Gig 1. Therefore, Gig 2 will be automatically canceled because a portion of the time (2 PM to 5 PM) overlaps. Gig 3 will not be automatically canceled because it doesn't fall within the time frame of Gig 1. In this case, it is inconvenient for Isabel because she cannot finish Gig 1 by 5 PM and be present at another location. Please keep this in mind when responding to gigs. Additionally, make use of the automatic withdrawal function.
